Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Shieldly, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

Service

2. Description of Service

Shieldly is a warranty tracking application that allows users to:

• Store and manage product warranty information
• Scan receipts to extract purchase details
• Receive notifications before warranties expire
• Export warranty certificates as PDF
• Sync data across devices via iCloud

Pricing

3. Free and Premium Features

Shieldly offers a free tier with a limited number of warranty items. A one-time in-app purchase unlocks unlimited warranty tracking. The premium purchase is non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.

Responsibility

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of warranty information you enter into the App
• Maintaining backups of your data (via iCloud or other means)
• Ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements (iOS 17.0 or later)

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Oddity and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy of receipt scanning results
• The reliability of notification delivery
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App

Shieldly is a personal organization tool and does not constitute legal proof of warranty coverage. Always retain your original receipts and warranty documents.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oddity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, resulting from your use of the App.

Privacy

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via iCloud. We do not collect or access your personal data.

9. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following Apple services:

• CloudKit — for optional iCloud data synchronization
• StoreKit — for in-app purchase processing

Your use of these services is subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
